Copyright Complaint (DMCA) Policy

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled due to a copyright complaint, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including its location before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or, if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where Auto Flex Car Sale operates), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original complaint.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others.
