Yes, the price you see on the website is all-inclusive. This means that transport costs, import duties, BPM (passenger car and motorcycle tax), and VAT are already included in the price. There are no hidden costs. Please note that the seller's price may change, but we always use the most current price at the time of your request.
The BPM (private motor vehicle and motorcycle tax) is calculated based on the CO2 emissions provided by the seller. If this value is incorrect, the BPM amount may differ. We always inform you of the total costs in advance, so you won't encounter any surprises. Additional services, such as extended warranties or accessories, are optional.
Auto Flex uses numerous data sources from across Europe. Local prices can sometimes change faster than we can update them on the website.
Important: Auto flex doesn't charge any additional markup on top of the dealer's price. We also don't charge the seller any commission. This way, we always remain honest and independent. If the seller's price is lower than on our site, we'll immediately adjust your quote. So you never pay too much.
Price differences can also arise from additional services, such as transportation or warranty. We always ensure a clear and fair process.

If you choose our Mediation & Transport service, you'll benefit from the outcome of our negotiations. We don't charge the seller a commission and keep the process completely transparent, so you can count on a fair price and an expert approach. Don't expect thousands of euros in savings, but a substantial saving you might otherwise have missed out on.
Good to know: negotiating abroad often works a little differently than we're used to in the Netherlands. While we often ask for a discount directly here, it requires a more thoughtful approach there. A discount request usually needs to be carefully substantiated. Fortunately, we know exactly how that works. Thanks to our experience, we choose the right approach for each situation, and together we achieve the best result.
We works exclusively with official brand dealers. This means the cars we offer come from reliable sources and meet the manufacturer's strict quality standards.
The payment time depends on the service you choose. During the process, we ask for an initial payment of €150 to reserve the car for you. This amount is used to register the car with the seller, check the quality of the car and the offer, and provide you with a purchase recommendation. If the car is no longer available or does not meet the quality requirements, you will receive your deposit back.
The full purchase price must be paid before the car is shipped. If you lease the car through us, we'll advance the payment. VAT must always be paid in advance for leasing.
You can also pay monthly with us, whether you're a private or business buyer. You can specify your needs when requesting a quote, and we'll make sure you receive an offer you can't refuse.
