1. Vehicle Sales

  • All vehicle sales are final. Once a car has been purchased, registered, or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully review vehicle details, test drive, and inspect the car before completing a purchase.

  • Any warranties, if applicable, will be provided in writing at the time of purchase.


2. Accessories, Parts, and Merchandise

For items other than vehicles (such as accessories, spare parts, or branded merchandise), the following applies:

  • Items may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.


3. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Vehicles after delivery and registration.

  • Customized orders (e.g., special car modifications, custom parts).

  • Services such as inspections, registration fees, or administrative charges.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.


4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide order details and, if possible, photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange for replacement, exchange, or refund (depending on product availability).


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
